Shana Cinquemani (she/her) is an Associate Professor in the Department of Teaching + Learning in Art + Design (TLAD) at the Rhode Island School of Design, with a specialty in elementary and early childhood art education and a mother of a nine year old kiddo. Over the last year, she has led our oldest toddlers in two long-term art investigations. Most recently, the children gathered intriguing materials from around their homes and brought their collections to school for prolonged exploration and use as art media.
