In the Fall of 2019, our Toddler Transition classroom engaged in a long-term investigation of the classroom sink. We collected photos, planning notes, and reflective conversations about the children’s work and submitted an article titled “Stepping Back to Move Forward: Recognizing Opportunities During Times of Change”, to “Innovations”, the quarterly publication of the North American Reggio Emilia Alliance (NAREA). To our delight, we were accepted for publication, and our article is featured in the Fall 2020 edition of this highly respected, peer-reviewed publication.
