Our visiting artist will be a clay artist this year! Here are just a few examples of the work we did last time she was here. Infants, toddlers and preschoolers will all have opportunities to build familiarity with clay this year. Once children understand the properties and what this material can do, they can begin to use it with intention to represent their thinking symbolically.Â
